During all of those years, the main idea is to cook traditional cooking wiyh tipical products and on the other hand enjoy an enjoyable stay in a natural enviroment. .

Sant Quirze Safaja, is the southern town of the Moianes quarter. This quarter have few more than 25km2, that are in the middle of a mountain area with some pine, oak and cork oak forests. There are several brooks and streams arrounf the area and also the river Tenes.
